2021: A Look Back

As we welcome a new year with open arms, the team at Hunter Quinn Homes wanted to look back on all that we accomplished in the past year. The homebuilding industry faced some obstacles in 2021, but we persevered and were still able to bring our thoughtfully designed neighborhoods and high-quality homes to homeowners throughout South Carolina. 

Community Milestones  

The sales staff worked extremely hard this year to help people find their future homes in one of our sought-after communities. Paddock at Fairmont South in Moncks Corner sold out after a few years on the market—while Noisette Towns, a townhome community in North Charleston, opened and sold out in 2021. Tributary at the Park at Rivers Edge sold out of the first phase this year and began selling its second phase of townhomes in North Charleston. Lastly, Hunter Quinn reached a new area by building Gregory Pointe at Deercreek in Manning, South Carolina.

New Home Plan Series  

In addition to creating and closing out communities, our team introduced a brand-new set of home plans in 2021: the Lincolnville Series. 

The Lincolnville Series combined the coziness of cottage charm and traditional appeal of Lowcountry style to bring homeowners a collection of one-and two-story homes. Each of the four plans features an open-concept layout, extreme attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and beautiful finishes starting in the upper $100s. Homes in the Lincolnville Series can be found in multiple communities or be selected for Hunter Quinn’s Build On Your Lot program. 

Hard-Earned Awards

The H.O.M.E. Awards is an annual competition that symbolizes excellence in the home ownership experience, with awards given to builders who strive to not only build beautiful homes for their customers—but who ensure they receive the best possible experience every step of the way. Hunter Quinn Homes is honored to have won two of the prestigious awards in 2021: Builder of Choice and Best Customer Experience. While Best Customer Experience was a regional competition, Hunter Quinn beat out every other builder of similar size in the country for Builder of Choice. 

Giving Back

At Hunter Quinn Homes, we’ve always found great pride in being the hometown builder that people can really trust. Part of our commitment to better the communities we build in is by giving back, which we did a lot of in 2021. Team members participated in the Carolina Youth Development Center Color Run and a Women Build event with Habitat for Humanity. While it's still in progress, our company was also honored to begin a partnership with HGTV’s Rock the Block in 2021. 

What’s to Come

We’re looking forward to another year of building up the areas we love in South Carolina, and helping others find the home and community (or HomeSight) of their dreams. Excitedly, our efforts are expanding into the Greenville market in 2022, with new communities in progress now.
