Our homes reflect lean construction design—a process that focuses on a layout that makes sense. We consider room sizes and placement of the utilities to create efficiency. We also strive to limit waste by incorporating standard lumber sizes and situating the HVAC unit in the attic to save space in the living area. We actively seek ways to improve, so you get the quality you deserve at a value you can afford.

Advanced Framing Techniques

Panelized construction in select Hunter Quinn Homes’ communities help us improve productivity and reduce construction waste without compromising quality. Wall panels and roof trusses are built in a climate-controlled environment—meaning we’re not at the mercy of Mother Nature—and delivered as needed.

Quick Tie ®

We replaced the typical strap method with QuickTie®, a safe, secure engineered system to protect the structure of your home. We attach the QuickTie® connectors directly behind the drywall and at the corners of the windows. The tension cable effectively secures the home to the foundation. QuickTie® is both more efficient than straps and nails and reduces drywall cracks and nail pops.
