Find Your Land  

There’s a lot that goes into selecting the perfect homesite. If you already have a spot in mind or if you need some guidance along the way, we’re here to help you find the right location for your home.

Hello Financing

Next stop— financing. If you’d like us to take the lead on this, we’ll recommend some of our preferred lenders for you. When discussing options for purchasing a pre-existing home versus building a home, we know the different financial aspects can get confusing at times. When using one of our preferred lenders and closing attorneys, we offer up to $3,000 in closing costs.  

If you already have a lender in mind, though, contact them to secure your pre-approval letter. We’ll outline what type of loan you’ll need in order to make your home vision a reality.  

Pick Your Plan

You’ve spoken to your lender and you now have a budget. The next step is picking a plan, and we have a variety of home plans to choose from.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want? Do you prefer an open floor plan? Do you need a larger garage space? Answer all of these questions while browsing our 3-D home models and decide which one is the best fit for you.

HomeSight Discovery

This is when you get things done. Meet with our team to make sure everything is going according to plan, and watch as your dream home unfolds in front of you.

Secure Your Home

Securing your home is when we get the deal locked in. You have the idea on paper, so now you’ll meet with our HomeSights New Home Consultant to review your plan selection, elevation choice and structural options to start the build process. Once we get everything set in those departments, it’s time to move on to design.

Personalize Your Home

Being able to personalize your home from beginning to end is one reason people decide to buy a new home versus a pre-existing home. Bring all of your creative ideas with you when you make your design selection appointment, and we’ll help ensure that your home is exactly what you imagined. 

Secure Financing

Step 7 is back to financing. Before we can begin building, we’ll need to ensure that your lender has all of the documentation they need in order to complete your financing. Once you’re verified, you can close on your loan and construction can officially begin.

Construction Journey Begins

During construction, meet the team who will be bringing your home design to life. Throughout this step, we’ll keep you updated on the progress along the way.
