Charles Towne 

Inspired by the charming architecture of Charleston is the appropriately named Charles Towne series. These sought-after homes start with bold exteriors as a nod to southern living, and include features like large front porches, symmetrical facades and stately trims around windows and doors. With both single- and two-story plans, the Charles Towne series boasts thoughtfully designed floor plans, with a flow and feel that makes the space as welcoming as possible. There are seven floor plans available in this distinct style.   

Coastal Farmhouse 

Farmhouse-style homes have been growing in popularity across the country, but Hunter Quinn gave this trend a coastal twist. Homes in the Coastal Farmhouse series combine the best of the two styles—rustic accents and farmhouse-inspired exteriors are made even better with the light and bright charm of a coastal home. Aside from the aesthetic appeal, the floor plans in this series offer ample square footage and are designed to accommodate a variety of layout options. With more than enough functional living space, the Coastal Farmhouse series is ideal for families of all shapes and sizes. 

Lowcountry

In honor of the area we love building our homes in, Hunter Quinn Homes named an entire style series after it. The Lowcountry Series is heavily influenced by traditional Lowcountry style, found throughout this specific region in South Carolina. With architectural charm, calm pastel exteriors and coastal accents, these homes bring a timely upgrade to the traditional architecture many have grown up with or learned to love since moving here.
