Customer experience research company, CustomerInsight, presented its 9th annual H.O.M.E ( Home Owner Mark of Excellence) awards which recognizes single family and multi family home builders in Canada and the United States for excellence in customer, trade and employee satisfaction.  Based on the experiences of our stakeholders, trade partners, team members and homeowners, Hunter Quinn Homes is honored to have received both the Builder of Choice and Best Customer Experience H.O.M.E awards for 2020!

What we love most about this home is how open the floor plan is. The Lowcountry Farmhouse Style is just beautiful! The arched doorways, the high ceilings, the tall glass door. and the beautiful kitchen are some of our favorites. What we also liked was the customer service that was delivered. From the time we walked into the model home at The Paddock, we were treated with respect and we were appreciated as customers. Courtney, our sales and designer representative, never pushed, only honestly answered our questions and walked us through several homes. Our construction manager, Jay, kept us up to date through the entire process. He set deadlines and was sure to keep the project on schedule. Aimee helped us through the end process. She was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop as our home was being finished. The entire Paddock Team has been a pleasure working with as they led us through this home buying experience. From our very first meeting, this Hunter Quinn Staff felt like family. In addition, they have provided excellent customer service throughout our building experience. Our Hunter Quinn experience has been a pleasure to walk through.
