Downtown Summerville continues to be the perfect mix between the small-town feel and big city charm. Located just  30 minutes away from Downtown Charleston and featuring a vibrant culture of delicious southern cuisine, gallons of sweet tea, and history everywhere you look.

We have two homes we’ll be releasing soon in Downtown Summerville that look distinct CHarleston look and feel like they’ve been there for years. Both floor plans come from our Charle Town series and have been favorites of the residents of The Reserve at Pine Forest.

The Ashpoo comes in at 3 beds, 2.5 baths all over 1,930 square feet. As you walk in, it welcomes you to an open foyer with a staircase at the entrance. It also features the owner’s suite on the first floor and offers comfortable privacy away from the other bedrooms. Going past the foyer, the Ashpoo really opens up into a large family room, kitchen, and dining area - perfect for entertaining guests.
