Join us for a tour of Noisette Towns

North Charleston’s newest community is now selling and we cannot wait to show it off.

Noisette Towns combines the Brownstone-style architecture popularized in posh New York neighborhoods and the modern, energy-efficient designs that made Hunter Quinn Homes South Carolina’s builder of choice.

Local realtors will get a first look at Noisette Towns through the Muddy Boots Realtor Event on March 24. Realtors are encouraged to drop by between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Guests will enjoy a carry-out lunch from Park Circle’s very own LoLA. For more information and to register, please visit this page.

A closer look at Noisette Towns

Located just five miles from Downtown Charleston, this quiet community is limited to just 24 units at the intersection of Orangeburg Street and South Rhett Avenue. There are four available floor plans ranging from 1,693 to 2,316 square feet with two and three bedrooms. The SoHo Slab, SoHo Raised, Chelsea Slab, and Chelsea Raised offer different elevations to meet your needs and aesthetic.

These three-story townhomes are designed to be spacious and flexible with 10-foot ceilings and bright windows. Their open floor plans make for easy entertaining with a large kitchen and living room. A porch, separated by a 12-foot stackable sliding glass door, extends the space. Once your guests leave, homeowners can retreat to the private third floor where you will find the master suite and a second bedroom. A third-floor covered porch is accessible from the master suite.

The up-and-coming Park Circle area is known for its intimate restaurants, small shops, and walkable streets. It is also home to the City of North Charleston’s top outdoor festivals and parades including The North Charleston Arts Festival, St. Patrick’s Day, the Harvest Festival, the Christmas Festival, and the Farmers Market. Just beyond city limits, residents will have quick access to dining, shopping and entertainment in Downtown Charleston too.

Buying in Noisette Towns

The first homes in Noisette Towns will be move-in-ready this Spring. There will be five total buildings in this development with four to seven units in each. A handful of units are already under contract.

Hunter Quinn Homes is selling through an off-site sales center at 3919 Four Poles Park Drive in North Charleston. Visits are available by appointment only.

What we love most about this home is how open the floor plan is. The Lowcountry Farmhouse Style is just beautiful! The arched doorways, the high ceilings, the tall glass door. and the beautiful kitchen are some of our favorites. What we also liked was the customer service that was delivered. From the time we walked into the model home at The Paddock, we were treated with respect and we were appreciated as customers. Courtney, our sales and designer representative, never pushed, only honestly answered our questions and walked us through several homes. Our construction manager, Jay, kept us up to date through the entire process. He set deadlines and was sure to keep the project on schedule. Aimee helped us through the end process. She was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop as our home was being finished. The entire Paddock Team has been a pleasure working with as they led us through this home buying experience. From our very first meeting, this Hunter Quinn Staff felt like family. In addition, they have provided excellent customer service throughout our building experience. Our Hunter Quinn experience has been a pleasure to walk through.
