A closer look at Noisette Towns

Located just five miles from Downtown Charleston, this quiet community is limited to just 24 units at the intersection of Orangeburg Street and South Rhett Avenue. There are four available floor plans ranging from 1,693 to 2,316 square feet with two and three bedrooms. The SoHo Slab, SoHo Raised, Chelsea Slab, and Chelsea Raised offer different elevations to meet your needs and aesthetic.

These three-story townhomes are designed to be spacious and flexible with 10-foot ceilings and bright windows. Their open floor plans make for easy entertaining with a large kitchen and living room. A porch, separated by a 12-foot stackable sliding glass door, extends the space.
