On the Market—Rock the Block Homes Officially for Sale

Season three of HGTV’s Rock the Block has officially wrapped, and now, three of the four Hunter Quinn homes you have come to love on the Summerville, South Carolina block will be placed on the market. With an auction to rival any that have come before it, you will definitely want to ensure you bring out your best offer for the chance to call one of these spectacular houses your new home.  

The details of the event

Our four teams brought out all the stops this season on Rock the Block, and although there had to be only one winner in the end, each of these homes was built and designed with luxury, livability and style in mind—and one of these homes could soon be yours. 

On Saturday, April 9 from 10am until 3pm, you will be able to take a look through three of the homes and participate in the silent auction that is being held for a chance to walk away with your favorite home from the season. The minimum bid for this silent auction is 1.2 million dollars—and with the winning bid, all of the finishes and furnishings that make up the interior and exterior of the home and the craftsmanship that went into each and every detail will be yours to call home.

Before you can officially make your bid, though, you’ll have to secure your pre-approval letter and make a $10,000 Earnest Money Deposit. Once you have that done and have your bid amount finalized, meet us on the Block at 133 Sandy Bend Ln in Summerville, South Carolina and submit your offer.

Although you’ve been following the design process each week on the show or on our blog recaps, there is still something special about being able to take a virtual tour of a home before you get to the in-person event. Look through each home to find the one that perfectly matches your personal style, and decide which home you plan to set your sights on during the auction. Our incredible design teams; Dave and Jenny, Lyndsay and Leslie, Egypt and Mike, and Keith and Evan have all worked tirelessly over the last few weeks and have expertly crafted their Hunter Quinn home in styles that are unique, yet incredibly chic and functional.
