Post and Courier Publicizes Colony North

Charleston’s primary newspaper, the Post and Courier, recognized Hunter Quinn Homes for the start of its most recent project, Colony North in North Charleston. Tucked away from the Ashley Phosphate thoroughfare on Southrail Road, Colony North offers a short commute to Boeing, Bosch, the Air Force Base, Trident Tech, the Naval Weapons Station, and the many medical facilities in the area. Homeowners can enjoy the wide range of shopping and entertainment that North Charleston has to offer, from Tanger Outlets to the Northwoods movie theater. The Charleston Performing Arts Center and Wannamaker County Park are less than 15 minutes away, providing indoor and outdoor events year round.

We’re excited about the progress we’re making with this newest addition, and Colony North will prove a great location for prospective home buyers for its central position among the major employers and many entertainment options in this area.

The Post and Courier also made note of The Village at Fairmont South, which is located near Cypress Gardens in Moncks Corner. Both of these communities feature our traditional, craftsman, and Low Country style floor plans as well as the energy efficient designs that Hunter Quinn Homes is known for. With Colony North, we’ll be introducing a new floor plan, The Newberry, which offers 3-4 bedrooms.

It’s has been a great experience working with everyone at Hunters Quinn, from Courtney, Amy to Jay. Everyone was so nice and helpful walking us through the whole process. I would recommend Hunter Quinn to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
