The Wescott Floor Plan: A Versatile Townhome Design

The first few homes are sold and under construction, along with the model home and other townhomes in this unique Horizon Village neighborhood. We’re seeing a definite appreciation for the Wescott floor plan, a versatile townhome design that appeals to a wide range of homebuyers.

The Wescott I and II each offer 1,377 square feet of living space that includes 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. With 3 different layouts for both the Wescott I and Wescott II, townhome buyers can choose from 6 options to find the one that best suits their lifestyle and needs. 

Each townhome features a covered front porch. Open the door and you’re welcomed with an openness that gives you a view straight through the first floor to the patio in the back.

The Wescott I and II floor plans offer similar layouts but each with its own twist. The Wescott I floor plan maximizes the open concept floor plan by having the laundry and powder room situated parallel to the breakfast area. This allows for an extended breakfast bar area that can seat more people. So, if you want more space for casual dining, the Wescott I is for you. The Wescott II configuration allows for the powder and laundry room to settle in a more secluded location. No matter which one you choose, your new townhome at Creekside at Horizon Village includes granite countertops and GE stainless steel appliances.

The second floor of both Wescott floor plans offer the same standard design: a large master suite ( with optional tray ceiling) and 2 secondary bedrooms that share another full bath. To accommodate those who prefer 2 bedroom we have you covered in our secondary upstairs configurations. 

Option B offers a loft area that’s large enough to be a den, office, playroom, library, craft studio, or whatever use you have for a flex space. Option C for the second floor of both the Wescott I and Wescott II expands the master suite, with a larger bathroom (adding dual vanities instead of one) and a walk-in closet. The loft area is still included here, but not as spacious as Option B’s design. You decide from the three choices: 3 bedrooms, 2 suites with a loft/flex space, or a larger master suite with a second suite and loft space.

At Creekside at Horizon Village, you can walk to Four Poles Park or take a short drive to Riverfront Park on the Cooper River. You also live just 5 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston, local parks and recreation, and an endless array of shopping, dining, services, and entertainment options!
