Colleton

The Colleton is the most versatile of our floor plans and can accommodate 3-5 bedrooms.  The downstairs flex room can be used as an office, mother-in-law suite, formal living room, or guest retreat.  Arched doorways add to the open feel of this very functional floor plan.  The spacious kitchen flows into a breakfast area that looks out to an optional screened in porch, and the family room features a fireplace.  Upstairs you’ll find a corner master bedroom with tray ceiling, an oversized walk-in closet, and a full on suite bath.  Two additional bedrooms share a bath, and a flex room would make an excellent play room or media room – or use this as your 5th bedroom!
