This design is based on the culmination of many, many buyers telling us what they are looking for in their ideal townhome. A large living room is located at the front of the home and leads to a full-sized kitchen with island and pantry for plenty of storage space. With the two variations of the Magnolia plan, you can opt for an open floor plan where the kitchen flows effortlessly into the living room or have a more traditional set up where the kitchen is private.
