The Greenwood is the perfect option for those who love our Colleton layout but want a bit more space. As a larger version of our Colleton floorplan, the Greenwood offers more space upstairs in the master bedroom and loft area. The additional square footage allows for more storage space, two master walk-ins, two master linen closets, and a convertible loft- to bedroom space. The downstairs allows the option of a guest bedroom and bathroom off of the foyer. Don't need that extra bedroom? No problem, use it as a flex space or even formal dining!
